There was a suspended ceiling below the steel rafters in this building before. The owners wanted more height space for there shelving as well as the new ceiling had to be insulated and be water proof as there was condensation in this building caused by the large zink roof area. The answer was to take out the old ceiling and fit ISOBOARD using the H section method, all problems solved in one operation.

This was the end result. Notice the extra space that was created by lifting the ceiling to against the purlins giving the building a bigger look as well as plenty of light.
