“Beta” S/G/S Drywall partitions with boards to 1 .050m high, glazed panes to door head height and boards above to ceiling height of 2.700m. Glazed panes to be framed all round with “Beta” aluminium glazing sections and beads, all pre-fitted with woolpile gaskets. Glass to be 4mm clear float. Partitions fixed to concrete floor and suspended ceiling tees.

Glass to be 6.5mm clear “Fadeban” laminated safety glass. Partitions fixed to concrete floor and suspended ceiling tees.

Extra over partition for 40mm hardwood flush panel door 813 x 2032mm with hardwood edge strips hung to and including “Beta” natural anodised aluminium door frame with pre-fitted wool pile gaskets with one pair of 1OOmm natural anodised aluminium sinkless hinges including 76mm Inox Cylinder Lockset and furniture, and additional studding as necessary.
